Responsibilities

• Review technical design documents, requirements, and specifications to provide accurate input.
• Create detailed and well-organized test plans and test cases.
• Calculate, prioritize, organize, and plan testing activities effectively.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Find, record, meticulously document, and track bugs.
• Perform detailed re-testing of new code after bug fixes.
• Develop and implement testing procedures for both new and existing products.
• Determine system requirements and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Track the outcomes of the debugging process.
• Understand the root causes of non-conforming software and educate users on implementing fixes.
• Track quality control metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Stay updated on new testing techniques and technologies.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with experience in QA software testing, preferably within the technology industry. A strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools is essential. Experience with IVR skill sets or Callcenter technology will be considered an added advantage.
