Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the gold loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assess and evaluate gold articles for loan purposes, determining their market value and authenticity.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
• Achieve business targets for gold loan disbursements and collections.

Requirements
