Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Run and own the payroll for the organisation. 
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality. 
• Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Human Resource Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
