We are a rapidly growing travel and food-focused YouTube channel with over 2.2 million subscribers. Our content showcases travel destinations and food experiences across India and beyond, covering everything from street food discoveries to popular dining establishments. With a highly engaged audience, we have built a trusted platform by sharing authentic, on-ground experiences that help viewers make informed travel and food-related decisions.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Edit long-format YouTube videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Work on travel and food-related content while maintaining the channel’s established editing style.
• Ensure smooth storytelling, engaging pacing, seamless transitions, accurate audio synchronization, and high viewer retention.
• Deliver high-quality edited videos within defined timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to understand content requirements, feedback, and revision requests.
• Maintain consistency in video quality, style, and presentation across all published content.
• Organize video assets, project files, and editing workflows efficiently.
• Ensure videos are polished and publication-ready, with attention to cuts, subtitles, audio quality, and visual presentation.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and complete deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Contribute ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Prior experience editing long-format video content is required.
• Candidates with experience limited to short-form content or social media reels may not be suitable for this role.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and practical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand instructions quickly and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment and manage deadlines.
• Candidates based in West Delhi or nearby locations will be preferred.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:20 PM (flexible though as per person's availability)
• Education: Skills and practical experience are valued more than formal educational qualifications
