Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Technical Selling
• Customer Management
• MIS / Report Management (Sales)
• Collection Management
• Customer Communications
• Application Engineering / Understanding Customer Needs - Providing Solutions
• Market Knowledge, Study & Reporting
• Understanding of Sales Order Process / Documentation Support

Requirements:

• BE with Sales Degree Addon or Diploma with Sales Experience (4-6 Years)
• 3-5 Years of Core Sales & BD Experience - Technical / Field Application Engineering
• Experience in Electronics, Auto-Electronics, Capital Equipment, Defence, Field Application Engineering, SMT / Electronics / Electrical Capital Equipment / Electronics Components / Consumer-Power Electronics industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong Presentation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills (English, Local Languages, Hindi - both spoken and written).
• Analytical and Logical Thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 75% within the region.
