• Identify and secure new opportunities for celebrities, including endorsements, appearances, media engagements, and brand collaborations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms for clients.
• Coordinate logistics for events, travel, and public appearances.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client's public image and career trajectory.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and communications.
• Monitor industry trends and identify potential growth areas for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent management, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and celebrity landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
