Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and fabrication workers.
• Ensure all production targets are met efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures on the production floor.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor new production staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this role.
