Accountant

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Tally Management: Record day-to-day transactions, vouchers, receipts, and ledger updates in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
• Tax Compliance: Validate data and file monthly GST returns alongside regular internal accounts reconciliation.
• TDS Compliance: Process accurate TDS deductions, handle timely tax deposits, and file quarterly TDS returns.
• Income Tax: Formulate financial data blocks to prepare, check, and execute Income Tax return filings.
• Finalization Support: Support senior leaders through the process of Balance Sheet finalization and Profit & Loss configurations.

Requirements

• Education: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), M. Com, or an equivalent accounting background.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of working expertise handling foundational bookkeeping, tax handling, and finalization steps.
• Software: Complete proficiency executing functions within Tally platforms alongside skilled use of MS Excel.
• Portal Knowledge: Working knowledge navigating through government GST, TDS, and Income Tax e-filing systems.
