Talent Acquisition Specialist

Archestra is a recruitment consultancy specializing in hiring for the Architecture, Interior Design, and AEC industry across India. We work with architectural studios, interior design firms, and creative companies on their hiring requirements.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination activities. As a lean and growing team, we offer hands-on exposure to consultancy-style hiring along with flexibility in execution and learning through real-time hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and profile evaluation
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client firms
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Follow up with candidates during different stages of the hiring process
• Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes
• Support day-to-day recruitment coordination and operations

Required Skills & Profile:

• Prior experience (1 year) in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with telephonic conversations and candidate interaction
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Interest in architecture, interiors, design, or creative industries is preferred

Work Schedule:     

• Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (11:00 am to 7:00 pm)
