About the Company:

Ayonij Agrofarms Pvt. Ltd. (Earthen Mill) is seeking a dynamic Executive of Retail & Mill Operations. This role is crucial for the smooth and efficient operation of our flagship retail store and our Freshly milled Atta & Coldpressed Juices facility. We are an agricultural company focused on delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and actively participate in the daily operations of our retail and mill facilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This includes handling last-mile quick deliveries.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and maximize profitability in our retail outlets.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance community engagement and brand reputation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the retail vertical, implementing and executing effective strategies in coordination with the Founding team to scale the vertical.

Requirements:

• Freshers/Experienced candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Age group: 18-30 years.
• Must own a 2-Wheeler.
• Be open and flexible to challenges and new avenues.
• Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi.
• Strong expertise in Effective Communication, Community Management, Retail Management, Inventory Management, and Food Safety.
