Branch Sales Executive

Role Summary:  Handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, maintaining the sales process, and excellent communication.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Promoting luxury timepieces to customers.
• Managing customer relationships through excellent sales service.
• Creating and maintaining customers’ network.
• Attending and supporting the company’s events and activities.
• Playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its target.
• Maintaining housekeeping, operating and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Plus two/Any degree
• Min 2 years of experience in retail sales
• Candidates with an enthusiastic mindset.
