Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their insurance needs and investment goals.
• Educate clients on various investment products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), and Public Provident Funds (PPF).
• Effectively communicate the benefits of different insurance policies and investment options.
• Utilize strong selling skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and regulations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Accurately calculate percentages and explain financial concepts clearly to clients.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of investment products like FDs, RDs, SIPs, and PPF.
• Proficiency in percentage calculations.
• Energetic, proactive, and possessing strong selling and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced telesales environment.
• Prior experience in telesales or the insurance sector is a plus.
