Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
• Develop designs using industry-standard tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply typography, design principles, and colour schemes to enhance the impact of marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.
• Execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.
• Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
• Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate modern, innovative styles into projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia Design.
• Demonstrated expertise with a convincing portfolio of high-quality designs.
• Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals.
• Efficient in managing multiple projects and meeting all deadlines.
• Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh before starting work.
