Marketing Executive

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive who possesses excellent communication skills, creative marketing ideas, and the confidence to represent our company in front of clients and partners. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate qualified business leads through networking, field visits, digital platforms, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Present company products and services professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Create innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Assist in planning promotional events, seminars, exhibitions, and workshops.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare weekly marketing reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate new marketing ideas.
• Confident in interacting with clients and business professionals.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Bhubaneswar and nearby locations when required. 

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in marketing or business development will be preferred.
