Hiring: Loan Manager (Gold Loan)

• Qualification: Any Graduate
  
• Experience: 1+ year in Gold Loan & Gold Appraisal

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Gold Valuation & Appraisal
• Field Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Loan Disbursal & KYC Knowledge
• NBFC/Financial Services experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire Gold Loan customers through doorstep visits.
• Conduct gold appraisal, KYC verification, and facilitate loan disbursals.
• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursal targets.
• Travel within assigned territories for customer acquisition and service.
• Generate leads through referrals and existing customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and compliance.
