Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable properties that align with their needs and preferences.
• Close high-value real estate deals, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for site visits and client meetings.
• Strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
