Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to various commercial and retail properties in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.
• Accurately survey existing properties and collect relevant data.
• Prepare detailed reports and share findings with respective clients.
• Collaborate with the client relations team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the assigned regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Surveyor or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred, freshers also welcome).
• Must possess a bike and a valid license.
• Strong understanding of commercial and retail property assessment.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.
