Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for credit card products.
• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, and terms to customers.
• Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all sales and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in credit card or financial product sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
