Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for women's western wear collections from concept to production.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in western wear.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for new designs.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design integrity and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior designers.
• Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and target audience preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role in women's western wear.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in western wear design.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
