Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering on GeM, CPPP, and other government tender portals.
• Prepare, review, and submit bid documents and technical proposals.
• Handle client onboarding, documentation, and portal registrations.
• Create and manage product catalogues on GeM and coordinate with support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
• Track tender deadlines, maintain bid records, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing support.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in GeM/tender management and bid preparation.
• Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other government tendering portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and PDF tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience with AI-based tendering or automation tools will be an added advantage.
