Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Facilitate effective communication and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Develop and maintain process maps to optimize workflows.
• Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Business Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Gap Analysis, UAT Support, and Process Mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Aviation Industry is preferred.
