About the Company

AcceleratorX is seeking passionate and experienced Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Trainers to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to providing top-notch campus placement training to students across various disciplines, helping them excel in competitive assessments and secure their dream jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
  • Prepare students for specific placement assessment patterns including AMCAT, CoCubes, eLitmus, TCS NQT, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, and other company-specific tests.
  • Develop and update training content, modules, and practice materials to align with the latest industry trends and assessment methodologies.
  • Provide individualized feedback and support to students, addressing their queries and helping them overcome challenges.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the overall training program and curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
  • Familiarity with various placement assessment platforms and company-specific test patterns (AMCAT, CoCubes, eLitmus, TCS NQT, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.).
  • Prior experience training engineering, MBA, or degree students is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of students.
  • Willingness to conduct offline sessions in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
