• Clearly explain job roles and engage candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Manage blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring.
• Handle high-volume hiring demands and consistently meet recruitment targets.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition. We are looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and have a proven track record in a dynamic recruitment setting. This is an on-site role based in Sarjapur, Bangalore, with a 6-day working schedule. Immediate joiners are preferred.
