Requirements

• 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in soft skills and corporate training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should possess a strong passion for teaching and skill development.
