Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor students individually and in groups, providing constructive feedback and guidance on their projects.
• Develop and update course content to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assess student progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and other interactive learning activities.
• Stay updated with the evolving UI/UX landscape and integrate new concepts into the curriculum.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or training.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design software and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Passion for teaching and helping others grow their skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
