Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify product dimensions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, checklists, and logs).
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/TS requirements, and customer specifications.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Report non-conformities and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate with an engineering background in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (freshers may also apply).
• Familiarity with quality tools, standards, and inspection techniques.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Candidates should be freshers or have up to 3 years of experience.
