International Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities and retain existing customers.
• Communicate with customers by making outbound calls and following up on leads.
• Answer customer queries and share additional information via email.
• Research and identify methods to improve customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
