Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals across the USA looking for IT and Non-IT job opportunities.
• Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the right career marketing and placement solutions.
• Explain our services with confidence and build trust through consultative conversations.
• Guide candidates through the complete enrollment and onboarding process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture candidate relationships.
• Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Update daily activities, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tracking systems.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Sales, recruitment, counseling, customer service, or business development experience is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of the US job market or recruitment industry is an added advantage.
