Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities:

• Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates with Real Estate experience are an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and hiring skills to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles, work with data-driven hiring metrics, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
