Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) – Work From Office

Stipend: ₹17,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives (Up to ₹10,000/month)

Internship Type: Full-Time | On-site

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with students and recent graduates to understand their career goals.
• Guide candidates about Skillumni's skill development programs, training courses, and internship opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert potential prospects through calls and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update lead information and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or recent graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, business development, and customer interaction.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
