Legal Consultancy Internship

About the Role:

Join our Legal team and work closely with the management and legal advisors to support commercial contracts, vendor compliance, regulatory research, and corporate documentation. This role is ideal for law students seeking practical exposure to corporate law, contract management, and risk mitigation in the industrial and B2B infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Conduct legal research on corporate compliance, labour laws, factory regulations, and industrial contract frameworks.
• Help maintain and organize the company's legal database, case files, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor compliance timelines and support the preparation of internal corporate governance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure standard legal clauses and risk mitigation provisions are implemented during vendor onboarding.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract frameworks, and commercial legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to legal detail.
• High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal research databases.
