Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, and referrals.
• Draft and publish job adverts and role descriptions on job boards and company channels.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer letters, and basic onboarding tasks.
• Support HR administrative duties and employee engagement activities as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, BMS, BBA or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professional email etiquette.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to follow instructions.
