Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting HR administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
• Helping with onboarding new interns and employees.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn about HR functions in a professional setting.
• No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome to apply.
