• Organize and conduct promotional events, workshops, and information sessions on campus.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with student leaders, faculty, and relevant campus organizations.
• Gather feedback from students and provide insights to the marketing and program development teams.
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Represent Internsforge at campus career fairs and recruitment events.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities and campaign performance.
• Identify and recruit potential interns and participants for various programs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and mission of Internsforge Private Limited.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of campus environments and student dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
