• Analyze community metrics and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader company goals.
• Respond to community inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on community management best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse groups of people and build rapport.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
