Responsibilities

• Create engaging on-camera content (reels, talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes)
• Write compelling copy across various formats and platforms (captions, scripts, blog posts, WhatsApp) with adaptable tone
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and creators, prioritizing fit over follower count
• Comfortably approach strangers for conversational content
• Work cross-functionally across content, e-commerce, and operations, embracing a diverse set of tasks.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience
• Strong social media presence
• Comfortable on camera and a natural conversationalist
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
• Understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem
• Excited to work across multiple functions in an early-stage startup environment.
