We help teachers generate lesson plans, assessments, quizzes, worksheets, and presentations in minutes instead of hours, deeply aligned with CBSE frameworks and NEP 2020. We also provide school administrators with visibility into teacher engagement and student progress, while building AI tutors to support students directly.

Savra is currently used by:

• 7,000+ teachers across 6+ countries, including India and the Gulf

• 15,000+ artefacts generated on the platform
• Schools including Mayo College, Shriram Global School, GD Goenka, Emeralds International, and more
• Grown almost entirely through teacher word-of-mouth with zero marketing spend to date

About the Role:

We are a small, fast-moving team that builds, ships, learns, and iterates quickly. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work directly with the founders to design, develop, deploy, and improve product features from idea to production. You will take ownership across the entire development lifecycle while contributing to a platform used by thousands of teachers.

Requirements:

• Ability to build and ship features quickly with an iterative mindset
• Experience owning features from concept to production
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal specifications
• Ability to work directly with founders and take ownership of product decisions
• Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL
• AI/LLM: LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and caching strategies for LLM-generated content
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and REST API design
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or deploying LLM-based applications in production is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving product requirements
