Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students, guiding them through course selection, career paths, and higher education opportunities.
• Assess students' academic strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans.
• Assist students with application processes for colleges and universities, including essay review and interview preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, university admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and well-being.
• Organize and conduct workshops or seminars on academic planning, study skills, and career development.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure they meet their academic milestones.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
• Strong passion for education and student development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide constructive guidance.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and academic planning.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented EdTech environment.
