Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company and clients’ social media accounts
• Help in creating content ideas, captions, and post planning
• Coordinate with designers for creatives and visuals
• Learn how to maintain a consistent brand presence online
• Monitor engagement like comments, messages, and interactions
• Assist in basic social media campaigns and ads
• Analyze simple performance insights (likes, reach, engagement)
• Stay updated with trends and suggest new ideas

Requirements

• You have basic English communication skills
• You are interested in social media, content, and branding
• You enjoy platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar
• You are creative and interested in content ideas, captions, and visuals
• You have a basic understanding of how social media works (personal use is fine)
• You are open to feedback and learning new tools
• You are open to using AI tools for content ideas, captions, and social media planning
• You are willing to learn basic prompting skills for content creation and strategy
• You can work on-site from Ahmedabad
