Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, build, and optimize core business frameworks, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead end-to-end execution on live projects across Strategy, Product, Content, and Business Development.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks, synthesize data-driven insights, and propose structured solutions to leadership.
• Drive pilot projects from ideation to implementation, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage strategic outreach and engagement workflows for independent insurance advisors on the platform.
• Oversee advisor and customer communications, acting as a crucial touchpoint for platform enablement.
• Track advisor lifecycle metrics, resolve operational blockers, and streamline ecosystem operations.
• Extract and synthesize platform performance data into actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong analytical instincts and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable execution plans.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools) to accelerate workflows and drive efficiency.
• Comfortable managing data, building functional frameworks, and working with Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact seamlessly with advisors, internal teams, and leadership.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and business communication tools.
