About the Role

We'll hand you the ideas, angles, and reference material like testimonials, quotes, key messages, every week. Your job is to turn that into scroll-stopping reels and carousels. No brainstorming from scratch required; we bring the direction, you bring the craft.

What You'll Do

• Design and edit Instagram/LinkedIn carousel posts from provided content and quotes
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form reels (testimonial cuts, anticipation/teaser content, founder-voice pieces)
• Handle all video editing cuts, captions, pacing, basic motion graphics
• Post on a weekly content calendar (8-12 posts/week) provided by us
• Repurpose existing testimonials and quotes into fresh visual formats

What We're Looking For

• Comfort with reels editing (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar, your call on tools)
• An eye for carousel/graphic design (Canva preferred)
• Ability to turn a short brief into finished content
• Prior reels/content portfolio (even personal account work) preferred, share a few samples/links when you apply
