Client Relationship Manager Internship

Core Responsibilities:

• Outbound Outreach: Identify and reach out to brands, ad agencies, and production houses via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a live pipeline of prospects — from first contact to closed client
• Relationship Management: Own the day-to-day relationship with active clients, ensuring smooth communication and repeat business
• Pitching & Follow-Up: Send tailored pitches, follow up consistently, and handle objections to move prospects forward
• Coordination: Work closely with the talent and business teams to match client requirements with the right roster and pricing

• Persuasive, sharp on emails and pitches, thinks fast on objection handling
• Organized — can manage a high-volume pipeline without dropping leads
