Talent Acquisition Internship

Trailytics Global Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Intern!

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates across various roles (analysts, growth managers, data scientists, etc.) using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Craft and send compelling outreach messages to attract candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and organise the candidate pipeline and tracking systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the HR and leadership teams to align on hiring priorities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any stream (HR, Business, BBA, or MBA-HR specialisation is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in professional outreach.
• Proactive, highly organised, and driven to achieve results.
• Genuine interest in people, recruitment, and understanding team building dynamics.
• Comfortable working full-time, on-site in Gurugram, for the entire internship duration.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is required; any prior experience in recruiting or sourcing is a bonus.
