Talent Operations Internship

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Scouting & Curation: Use platforms like Unstop, industry networks, and digital campaigns to discover fresh faces and seasoned talent, ensuring every roster addition matches our high-end commercial and editorial standard
• The "No-Bypass" Enforcement: Act as the gatekeeper — ensure all interactions, bookings, and contact exchanges between talent and clients/production houses stay 100% routed through the agency
• Tech-Enabled Pipeline Management: Manage the talent lifecycle through our custom web portals and automated CRMs, including real-time talent selection systems
• Talent Development & Briefing: Prep models and actors for high-stakes shoots — creative brief, brand positioning, on-set etiquette
• Relationship Management: Be the primary liaison between the talent roster and internal business strategists, from scouting through to final invoicing
