Campus Partnerships & Community Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand Cohortta's presence across colleges.
• Recruit and manage Campus Ambassadors.
• Build relationships with student clubs, faculty members, placement cells, and incubation centres.
• Plan and execute online and offline events, workshops, competitions, and challenges.
• Coordinate with the Brand Strategist to drive registrations and engagement.
• Collect structured feedback from students after every event.
• Conduct student interviews to understand pain points and insights.
• Maintain institutional relationships and support partnership conversations.
• Track event performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience leading college clubs, fests, communities, entrepreneurship cells, or student organizations.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Excellent organizational and execution abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with students and institutional stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience as a Campus Ambassador.
• Experience organizing college events or competitions.
• Existing network across colleges.
• Interest in startups, education, and community building.
