Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Support the screening and shortlisting of applications based on defined criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct market research on talent trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions.
• Help in organizing and attending career fairs or recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, essential for effective candidate engagement and data management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are highly valued in this role.
