Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a centralized lead management system that captures leads from multiple platforms.
• Integrate lead sources such as Google Business Profile, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, forms, and other digital channels.
• Design automated lead assignment and qualification workflows.
• Implement WhatsApp automation for instant responses and follow-ups.
• Create lead tracking, status updates, reminders, and reporting dashboards.
• Optimize workflows to improve lead conversion and team productivity.
• Test, refine, and document the complete lead management process.
