Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
• Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
• Handle customer grievances with the utmost professionalism and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
