OPT Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Networsys Technologies LLP is actively seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing team. We specialize in US IT Staffing, dedicated to recruiting and marketing top IT talent across the United States. Join us and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC-EAD, and TN visa candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level IT consultants.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
• Work with the marketing team for consultant submissions to client requirements.
• Maintain consultant records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and university networks.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing as an OPT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC-EAD, and TN visa processes.
• Hands-on experience with major US job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and IT technologies.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
