About the Company

Manpower groups is hiring a Sales Executive for RSPL company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Pune and Rest of Maharashtra.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct field sales activities, including client visits and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Candidate must be based in Pune or willing to travel across Maharashtra.
